My Approach to Counselling

At Compassionate Counselling my approach is integrative. This means that I am trained and experienced in using a range of psychotherapy theories and methods from psychodynamic and humanistic traditions. I also use mindfulness techniques, C'B.T. (cognitive behavioural therapy), N.L.P. (neuro linguistic programming) and E.F.T. (emotional freedom technique) and creative counselling techniques where I consider these would be helpful. What this means for you is that just as you are unique, my approach will be uniquely tailored to suit your particular needs .
