My name is Hannah Thomas and I am committed to providing counselling at low cost to those in Nottingham who would benefit from it. I can offer you time-out from the pressures of life, a supportive environment in which to talk confidentially and a place to explore your thoughts and feelings. Counselling will enable you to move on and live your life more fully.

I work face-to-face with individuals in counselling. I offer both short term counselling where we can work together towards achieving a focussed goal; and longer term counselling, or therapy, where I can support you to work through deeper issues.
